Our Feedback Management App is just built for this purpose and offers you the ability to collect Customer feedback in an efficient and cost effective manner from a Google spreadsheet or from your CRM database or on ticket closure within your CRM ( Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho etc)

Option 1 : Feedback over automated IVR Call

Feedback Survey calls will be triggered to all of your customers via a simple click of a button.
Feedback Questions will be played on the call and your customer responses (numeric input or voice recording URL) would be captured in Google Spreadsheet.
You can then analyse the data received from the survey and take appropriate action
Optionally system can also connect the unsatisfied customers call to your customer service executive
The App has call retry feature for x number of times every x mins and uses SMS option as fallback mechanism in case customer cannot be reached over the call.

Option 2 : SMS to Missed call option for unsatisfied customers

You can send SMS to the customer requesting them to give a missed call if they are not happy with the service SMS logs and Missed call logs would be available to you within the Google spreadsheet You can then analyse the data received from the survey and take appropriate action

Option 3: Feedback via SMS

You can send SMS to the customer requesting them to reply or a number as happy/ unhappy of your product/ services. SMS logs would be available to you within the Google spreadsheet You can then analyse the data received from the survey and take appropriate action
